Dave came to survey the site the day after I put the initial call in. He listened hard to what I wanted and came up with a package which was bespoked to what I wanted. (A complete contrast to two other alarm companies who just tried to sell me what they wanted).
He had a fully detailed quote to us within a couple of hours and as soon as we decided to go with NSS, he arranged to come and fit the system at our earliest convenience. The fitting itself was easy and quick. Dave and his team were quick, super neat and efficient.
Throughout, we've had a great personal service and we would recommend NSS to anyone.

"My alarm system was installed by NSS about 15 years ago and recently it stopped working due to a fault in the system, I contacted the company and spoke with Vince, he sorted everything out in few days and amazingly there was no charge. The guys particularly vince, Jay, Sonal at this company are very professional, punctual, courteous and most importantly not money crazy. I can not praise them enough. I have recommended them to my family and friends and some of them who used this company, found them to be the same as me, a 5 star company. In my opinion this is a 10 star company."
"Vin & Co from NSS were instructed to fit CCTV and a security alarm system at my newly purchased home prior to me moving in.
Honestly, best decision I had ever made. They set up all the cables whilst the house was being gutted and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Not only polite but highly professional and honest. Completely transparent and always there to help 24 hours if something goes wrong. This is the peace of mind I needed. The icing to the cake is that they are all just so friendly.
I would highly recommend them, their service for installation through to aftercare is second to none. Tech guys are amazing !
